Winchester Taxi Service is a trusted taxi & private hire car provider offering reliable travel solutions in Winchester and nearby areas.
You can pay using all major debit/credit cards or cash. You may be asked to pay in advance through payment link for some journeys. Accounts jobs can be set up to be paid through invoices depending on the type of contract. Please discuss any special requirements with us at the time of booking.
Royal Winchester Cars will always charge the quoted price at booking unless there are unforeseen extreme circumstances caused by delays or waiting times out of our control. Airport charges can vary and are not paid to us, they are an airport requirement.
We use real-time flight tracking when possible, so if your flight is delayed, we will do our best to keep your costs as low as we can.
All are drivers and cars are fully vetted according to Local Authority guidelines and fully licenced. All drivers are CRB checked.
Whenever you make an online booking with us you will receive a confirmation email from our side with all the booking information if you feel there is some problem you can call us or email us for amendments.
An account is not required, however if you do create an account it will allow you to manage your past and present bookings via a online dashboard.
If you open an account with us we will give you a dashboard which will have your past and current bookings. We will also update you with any promotions/discounts.
Seaports and Airport Bookings
If you are not at the prearranged meeting point we will do our best to contact you. If we cannot contact you and you fail to contact us after a period of 45 min we will void the booking but you will be liable for the full fare.
All other Pickups (Non-Airports)
Failure to appear at the designated time or pick up point within 5 minutes will void the contract and any monies paid to Royal Cars Winchester will be non-refundable.
